Authorize TANGO EN SEINE to photograph me and take videos of myself during the days of 6 and 7 November 2021 at the Town Hall of Levallois Perret, in accordance with the provisions relating to image rights.

The photographs and videos can be exploited and used directly by TANGO EN SEINE, in all forms and all media known and unknown to date, in the whole world, without time limit, in full or in extracts and in particular : Hurry, Delivered, Post card, Expositions, Advertising, Public screening, contest, Other……….

The beneficiary of the authorization expressly refrains from making any use of the photographs likely to infringe privacy or reputation , and use the photographs and videos of this, in any pornographic medium, racist, or any other harmful exploitation.

I acknowledge that I have fully fulfilled my rights and I will not be able to claim any remuneration for the exploitation of the rights referred to herein.

I guarantee that I am not bound by an exclusive contract relating to the use of my image or my name.

For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these, jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the French courts.
